    RipNAS has become unreliable

I'm still using a RipNAS, or at least trying to. It's developed a fault where it will run for an hour or two, and then spontaneously reboot. At which point it reboots again, and again, and again. It might be heat related, but I don't know where to start fixing it. Is this a known fault?

This is the model of RipNAS that does NOT have an internal micro PSU. It is an Intel mainboard that generates all the power rails on the board.

If you can remote desktop connect in, install something which can monitor and display the CPU temperature, that would be the starting point.
