My computer crashed, and the technician who fixed it said the C drive (a 256GB SSD) got too full for Windows to run. He wiped the drive and reinstalled Windows. In the process I lost stuff, including dB.
To avoid a recurrence I installed a 1GB SSD dedicated for installing software. I just went to reinstall dB, but unlike a lot of programs, it didn't offer me an option of where to locate it. Does it have to be installed on the C drive, or can I install it on my new SSD?
If it can be installed on a non-OS drive, can you give me instructions for how to do this, i.e., how to override or avoid the apparent default to install on the C drive?
