I have been running Asset release 6.1 on Windows 10 for some time and created several server instances. These all recently disappeared along with the configuration information associated with them. I tried to open the "configuration folder" using Asset but got an error message saying the location is unavailable.
I've re-created one server instance and it works fine, so the installation still appears to be working. (But I still can't open the "configuration folder" using Asset).
Any idea how an Asset configuration can get lost?
Is there any way I can save/backup an Asset configuration and then restore it if this happens again?
(I recently received a "significant" Windows 10 update so wonder if this could have something to do with the problem - I now seem to have version 1809).
