What hardware plays HE-AACv2 encoded files correctly?

What hardware plays HE-AACv2 encoded files correctly?

My finding so far is that most chinese mp3-players will also play HE-AACv2 encoded files but only on a single channel.

Is there anyone that can confirm a player doing this correctly?
