I use a software package to record my music into a wave file. This gives me the option to normalize the file before saving.
As the wave file is large I use dBpowerAMP Music Converter to change it to WMA format where I use the normalize option again.
Then finally I use Nero to burn onto a disc which gives the normalize option for the third time.
Does all this normalizing have an adverse effect on the original file? If so at what point in the process is normalizing best, beginning or end?
(Congrats on release 10 - it works a treat!) :smile2:
