Purchased dbPoweramp upgrade and accidentally purchased version of PerfectTUNES again

Hello,

I just purchased an upgrade from v15 to v16 of the Windows dbPoweramp and bundled the PerfectTUNES with it. When I went to install PerfectTUNES I found that it was the same version. Can I please be refunded for the purchase of a second copy of PerfectTUNES?
