certain MP3s suddenly won't play

I have several MP3 files which previously played fine, suddenly they won't play in dBpowerAmp. They do play in other music players. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Which dBpoweramp player are you referring to?

I'm sure someone out there has a solution to this issue. I now have 500+ MP3 files out ot 7000 that won't play. They do however play fine in aimp. They problem player is dBpoweramp music player, an old version that worked fine on all files until recently. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Convert them to Ogg vorbis? then I am sure they will play, or convert the mp3 >> mp3 with the latest version of dBpoweramp (Music Converter).
