I collected my Poweramp apps in a desktop folder. I think my icon for the folder looks good,
and I wanted to make it available to everyone.

Sure.

The Icon is for all Folder resolutions: Little, Details, middle, big view....

That is because you are using the attachments tool and not the Insert Image tool. I believe I have mentioned this several times now. So, do not use the attachment tools to post images.

I am 99% sure that all of my recent images have been submitted by either a link to Drive, or via Insert Image (hence they are appearing OK).
