Can anyone please help me with recovering my order number

I have tried the most obvious email addresses and it tells me no account is found. I have a family licence and although I haven't been here for a while. my password and log in details are still valid. Is there some way within the program to recover the missing details? Also I don't seem to have a control panel. If it helps it's telling me I have version 15.2.Many thanks, Simon.
