Hi folks,
My name is Paul and I am from the UK. I joined here this evening.
I tried to upload an avatar but I believe this is no longer possible.
I ran the 'trial' of 'EAC' music-ripping s/w and found it to be nothing shirt of dreadful! Anyway, a couple of people highly recommended 'dBPoweramp' - of which I d/l the 'trial' of yesterday.
I recently purchased a Sony 'NW-A35' Walkman with a 64GB micro-sim off Amazon. Because, 10 x years ago or so, I inadvertently ripped most of my CD collect to 'WMA' format I am looking to re-rip my favourite CDs to FLAC and onto my new Walkman; as well as purchasing high-quality FLAC d/l versions from reputable sites.
I will definitely have some questions arising later this week of which I shall include below ...
Best,
Paul David Seaman (UK)
