    registration

I registered for both writer and converter, lost everything on my hard drive including my registration information/cookies. Can I get my registration restored through other info?

Download Amp converter. Purchased licence and no go

      Hi
I purchased Db Power Amp converter licence on 10 April and just got e-mail with registered link retrieval. All I got was a blank page. I have allowed cookies for the site on both IE and Fireofx browser but just that blank page.
      Help please

Turn off completely your firewall - exit it.

          Re: registration

If there's an option in your firewall, try adding an exception for dBpowerAMP to your firewall list of programs that are....apparently blocked.

            Re: registration

It's not dBpowerAMP that would be blocked, it may be SWREG.

                Re: registration

Could you state your problem more clearly, please?
Did you purchase a registered version?
Are you asking how to find out if your version is registered or not? Check dMC Configuration, found in the Start Menu under (All) Programs --> dBpowerAMP Music Converter --> Configuration --> dMC Configuration.
