Strange problem with MP3 ID-tag

On one mp3 file the tag info:

Shows properly in:
- Windows file properties
- ID tag editor
- dBpoweramp tool-tip
- Perfect Tunes

Does not show in (totally missing, all tags):
- Groove Music and Windows Media Player
- Windows explorer folder list

Running Windows 10 and dBpoweramp 16.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps has an id3 2.4 tag which the other programs cannot read, install the utility codec 'ID Tag update' and convert this file to this codec to update the tags.
