Explorer tooltips problem with R16 Registered

I'm using Win 8.1 with all the latest updates. With R15, sometimes the Explorer dBp audio tooltips would stop appearing (clobbered by some other program, probably), but I could get them back by running Configure dBpoweramp as an Administrator.

Now, with R16, I can't get them to appear at all. Any suggestions?

You would run the control center, click the option to remove the tool tip, ok, then go back in and click to add the tool tip >> ok (each time you do this Windows will ask to elevate run the changes and they will take place).

Unfortunately the tooltips don't work in the new beta for Total Commander 9.0, but that's a Ghisler problem. I'll report it.
