Upgrade problem

Bought the family pack in 2023 and am trying to update. Tried my debit card and paying with Amazon Pay and it is telling me that these methods are not supported. Any idea what is going on? Just made purchases on Amazon, have the money in my bank account. Located in Houston Texas. Any idea what the problem is as my card is working on any purchases I am making except dbpower amp
