Missing Reference Options

I bought the DBPoweramp Reference and have it installed on 2 PC's. My main PC has Export and Import in the dBpoweramp Reference section of the Configuration - Advanced Settings. The 2nd PC does not have Export / Import! The 2nd PC is an old Windows Home Server 2011 if that makes a difference.

It relies upon features in the OS, would not be in server 2011
