RIPNAS System Drive is Full

Hi,
Earlier this year I got my Ripnas upgraded by HFX.
I don't think they made the System drive big enough as now it is full.
Its 59.9Gb. 29.9Gb of that is program files (mostly Illustrate). Rest is WHS 2011.
I haven't got enough space to install AOMEI partition manager.
Can I uninstall any Illustrate programs. For example do I need Batch Ripper (2.1Gb)?
Advice appreciated as this has stopped my system working now.

The sizes reported by the installer for Illustrate are 1000x wrong, if you right click on the Illustrate folder in program files you will see that it is around 200MB that is used, not 29GB.
