Can I copy a blue Ray audio (DvD) with db power amp or can I make a BD disc from a recording in 96K 24 bit format ?

I note that the blue ray format is not promoted among HI stores.

No, but I suspect other software exists where you can copy Blu-ray discs. It is important to note that Blu-ray discs are not the same as DVD discs. Blu-ray was developed to supersede the DVD format.
