I recently came across a webb page that I'm sure must be very old that said that dbpoweramp at one time had a different name. I'm so sorry but I cannot recall the site where I had found this information. It led me to thinking about dbpoweramp. I have been a registered and satisfied member for a year and realized that I know very little about the history,developement,and mission of db poweramp. I would love to see a welcoming and introductory page addedto dbpoweramp that would provide such information. Maybe It's just my interest and most people really don't care about this kind of stuff,but I do. I would find it friendly and reassuring. Just something to consider. :smile2:

i think lots of people are interested in the history fo things like this. i think Spoon might be a little modest?
if you go here: http://www.archive.org/ and type in dbpoweramp it will bring up some old info. it used to be called "shuffler". and Spoon used to talk a lot more back then too :D
although the archives don't go back very far any more.
