Upgrading from v15.1 tp v15.2

I am aware that one is supposed to uninstall the older version 1st (I have v15.1),
but do I also have to uninstall all of the codec add-ons? (I have 18 installed)...

Also, the download I got was from the Registration Retrieval page, I was wondering if
it was the 64-bit or the 32-bit version?

The download contains 32 + 64 bit, it self selects correct version.

Uninstall yes, no need to uninstall codecs.
