How many megabytes

I will be purchasing the Reference version for Windows 7 from this website.
I am on dialup, yes the slow and archaic caveman dialup.
On a good day maybe 38kbytes.
I am trying to determine when is the best time to purchase and download, knowing it will take a while.
Would someone please tell me the size of the program so I can best utilize my phone line?

Follow up question: Once purchased, can the program be downloaded through a faster internet (computer I have at work for example) into a folder and moved to a jump drive and then take it my slow computer at home to load?
In other words, does the computer that the Reference program is downloaded to have to be the computer that uses it?

You can download to a USB flash stick and move to any computer.
