Registering for dbpoweramp 15.1

I'm just completing a trial run of dbpoweramp, and I'm thinking of buying the R15 Reference and PerfectTUNES package.
I have a couple of questions ...

The latest version of dppoweramp is 15.1, and I see that 15.2 is at the testing stage. Will I be able to upgrade to 15.2 at a later date without paying a charge.
The other question is about PerfectTUNES. Is there a charge after the first year for access to external metadata databases.

R15.2 would be included.

PerfectTUNES does not have charges to access metadata.
