Software to check all ripped albums have all tracks

I'm looking for some software that can examine the directory structure holding my ripped flac files and confirm that the album directories contains all the tracks that should exist for that album.

Having ripped and then reorganized my music collection a couple of times to get it how I want it, I've begun to suspect that a couple of tracks have gone missing from albums during the reorg'. Can anyone recommend a way of verifying everything is complete?

Probably overkill, but running accuraterip check on entire library with perfecttunes will report "can't check due to incomplete album'. You can run this in one large batch. It will just take a while.
