I am encountering problem with your Music Converter

Hi there

New here, and I am new to your dmc (?). I installed the 15.1 version on my xp sp3 computer.

Yesterday, the client popped up an error, mainly saying that it could not find required component (dsp effects?) when I tried to open your Converter.

Then what to do so I can fix the mentioned error box?
