Insert Image "[x] Retrieve remote file and reference locally" now fails to insert an image. It inserts a URL. Previously it worked.
e.g.
Input: http://i.imgur.com/Gv51DWT.png
Result: http://i.imgur.com/i7Gf9Lz.png
Workaround: uncheck 'Retrieve remote file and reference locally' but not this leaves the image reliant on the source.
