Cannot download purchaised version

Hi

i cannot download the ver 15 after pushing the download button

it goes 8-9 mega and then stop.

after dl like cd writer goes fine.so its not my computer.

Hello to you
i have already done that registration retrivels
and redirected to Registration Retrieval page
from there i cannot download,thr problem is with the download
it gives me 7-8-9 mega from 23.1 than stops.
i have no problem with my registration or order number only with the download
please check it as it looks like i am blocked.
