Install on new system

I'm having to retire my current computer and will be reinstalling dbp on a new one. I have the order number for my upgrade to the reference 14.4 version. I may stick with that or upgrade to 15.

Question is, since this will be on a new computer without an existing installation, will the upgrade download work?
