Thumbnail & Property handler not showing in Explorer

I have paid & downloaded dBpoweramp, ripped some cds to FLAC but I can't get the Thumbnail& Property handler showing. Yes it is ticked. I am using W8.1. The popup info tips & Edit id tag all work. Am I misunderstanding something?

Did you previously have the trial version? which worked?

No, didn't use the trial version. I downloaded 6Mar, Family pack, so i've only ever had v15. I did uninstall & install but no change. Security is Windows Defender.

Try uninstall, reboot Windows, then reinstall.

Also by default the property handler is not shown in Windows 8.1, clicking one of the icons at the top shows the fields down the right hand side.

So in Explorer & with my FLAC files all I see is Name, Size & Date fields columns populated. I have added Album, Track *, Title, Length, Year, etc columns & they do not populate for FLAC. Rating column shows 5 blank stars. I see info if I right click edit id tag or hover over the track. Is this all I should expect in 8.1 ???
Using Explorer on the Wav converted files I see all the columns populated, except rating continues to show 5 blank stars regardless of rating

For this dll we are missing a system dll, you can get from Microsoft:

Install the _x64 version, if your windows is 64 bit. After install this, uninstall R15, then install it once more. R15.1 will fix this issue.
