CD Ripper / CDGrab.exe not available on new installation

Requesting help: I just today purchased "dBpoweramp Reference R14 & PerfectTUNES - Family Pack," downloaded, installed (Windows 7 / 64-bit), and rebooted.

Unfortunately, CD Ripper appears not to have installed properly. There is a shortcut in the Start menu, but selecting that shortcut tells me the CDgrab.exe has been moved or is no longer available. Sure enough, there is nothing in the application folder that looks like it. Also, when in Explorer I try right-click-"Rip with dbPoweramp," I get "Application not found."

Do I need to uninstall / reinstall? Is there a problem with the current download package?

As a workaround, I used Music Converter to rip. Is there anything different/ inferior about those resultant files?

    Thanks,
    David

It should not be possible for part of dBpoweramp to install and another part be missing, unless something external is moving those files, such as security software.

By all means try to uninstall dBpoweramp, then reinstall, if you have security software check it has not deleted CDGrab.exe

Cleared it up. Uninstall; reboot; reinstall. I don't know what happened the first time around, but now everything's working great. Thanks!
