Is this really the only way to get support? Starting a new thread in a public forum? Seems nuts to me...

OK. I have just paid Illustrate for PerfectTunes. The download link that was then provided failed, saying I am locked out. I also tried to retrieve my registration and I am told I have made too many attempts ???? When??? I have not made any attempts other than clicking on the download link.

Obviously something in your systems is broken, but how do I resolve it?

Seems I just needed to wait a few hours for it to unlock and I can now download it. Excuse my impatience - I have been waiting eagerly for this product.
