Multi disc problem

I have a multi disc set of 3 cd's from the same artist. After ripping all 3 cd's to PC all 3 albums ended up in one artist folder but with only one album name. ie no disc1, disc2, disc3 but 3 track 1's, three track 2's etc. Any idea how to resolve and get 3 album folders in the artist folder.

There is an option CD Ripper >> Options >> Meta Data & ID Tag >> 'Multi CD Add Disc to Album' >> [album], Disc [discnum]

This is only done if the metadata automatically has disc number, if you have to set the disc number manually then Add ', Disc 2' to the end of the album name.
