Right-Click Options

Last week I bought a new Windows 7 machine and today, finally, all my software is installed.

I used to be able to 'mouse-over' my playlists, and dbpoweramp would open up a window listing the contents of that particular playlist. It's not doing that now, and I just can't remember how to accomplish that again.

Anyone have any ideas? Sure would appreciate a suggestion or two.
