I was trying to upgrade to 14.4 and when I clicked on the download button nothing happened. After about 10 attempts it said that the registration is locked. Researching this forum I see it is limited downloads to 50, which I understand but I only have one as none of the other attempts did not result in anything being downloaded. As a result I cannot upgrade and or get another file to reinstall as it is running incredibly slowly - taking over 2 hours to rip a CD with nothing else running on the machine. Is there anyway to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
