Oh well. If it makes any difference for information purposes, all was visible with itunes. But would rather stick with yourselves!

It is likely not supported by the player for the format you are playing.
I have seen TVs for example which will only show art from a USB stick plugged into it, not from any files supplied by UPnP.Leave a comment:

Re: Help for a newbie! Please be gentle
Well I'm back, armed with a new computer that runs the jukebox perfectly. Only problem is that I still don't see any artwork while it is playing. :(
Any help appreciated.

If you have, try a different computer, using the internal HDD.Leave a comment:

Sorry Spoon,
After sitting at my computer, the problem happened again. I can indeed move the mouse, but it doesn't work when I click on things. There also seems to be a noise like hardware is disconnected and rejoined.
Sorry to be a pain!

The computer should never freeze like this, you potentially have a hardware or driver problem on the system. (on a working system you could have 1000 programs all running at 100% and the mouse would still move about).Leave a comment:

Sorry, an after thought. The playing only a couple of tracks, on shuffle, problem happened on some other software that I used before I found your dedicated music site!Leave a comment:

Help for a newbie! Please be gentle
I have bought the premium package.
I have several issues that I have been trying to solve myself over the last few months, but I finally give in to your superior knowledge!
I am running a Dell dimension 2350 that has been upgraded. A WD Elements 3 tb external hard drive, the PC is connected by wire to a Sony Blu Ray SPD-S370, although the results are the same when I connected through the mains.
The first problem I had was that the track jukebox only played a couple or more tracks then stopped, I noticed that the cpu went to 100 percent and the computer froze for about five minutes.
Have uninstalled asset and deleted all the associated files that I could find then reinstalled ( there must be something I have missed because it remembered my library) .
I have about 27,000 tracks on my hard drive.
I would also appreciate suggestions for a cheap option to replace my blu ray player and still use this programme as a connection. I would like to see the artwork of the music and I know it is my sony player that is not supporting this.
Thanks for any ideas,
TimTags: None
