Assistance needed

I am trying to convert an hdtrack flac download into mp3 and i keep getting the message conversion error, make sure that the file is not not open in other programs!

What can i do to rectify?

It is as though dBpoweramp does not have access rights to open the file, make sure that the account dbpoweramp is running in has these rights.
