Download Locked Excessive Downloads

Can someone help with this.

I tried to update to dbpoweramp 14.4 but got the message: Download Locked Excessive Downloads

Has anyone received this when updating?

I was told by dbPoweramp that dbpoweramp locks after 50 downloads???

I thought updates were for the life of the product?

Any input?

We allow a maximum of 50 downloads, this is to stop abuse where one download link is shared between many people.

i am having the same issue is there a ways to get it unlocked so i can retrieve the update
