    DMC-R14.3 quarantined by spyware doctor

ok, paid my money, downloaded executable file to a nominated folder, and it disappeared.. ? did it again but this time I saw the pop up message from spyware doctor telling me it had quarantined the download. ??
So I un-quarantined back to the folder and ran a scan on it and spyware doctor tells me its got suspicious.cloud.7.L. in it .

    Whats going on guys?

The problem is with spyware doctor, we have nothing nasty in our program.

Suspicious cloud? Is Grandpa Simpson working in spyware analysis now?

ok, a bit vague and sort of lacking in detail. and you could be forgiven for just arbitrarily defending your product without doing any checks. So, do you know for a fact that the problem is with spyware doctor?
Or, putting it another way, are you prepared to make a definitive statement here that suspicious.cloud.L is either: not in DMC-R14.3 as available for download from your server, or, that suspicious.cloud.L is not actually a 'nasty' and has been mis-categorised by spyware doctor.
        thanks.

suspicious.cloud.7.L is probably a heuristic detection and hence it's expected to get false positives. IMHO it's up to spyware doctor to tell you what is suspicious and not up to everyone else to dance around a (probably) undocumented heuristic. Personally I trust the illustrate folks a lot more than spyware doctor.

dBpoweramp has been used by about 40 M users over 12 years, it does not contain suspicious.cloud.L...
