I hate your company. I love your products, but I hate your lack of email support and your impossibly-difficult to navigate web page, especially for upgrades.
I've been forced to buy your product at least 8 or 9 times over the last few years, simply out of my frustration at trying to get a simple upgrade. Today was really the last straw. After trying over and over again to get your website to recognize my logon with one of the following order numbers:

All it would say is that the order numbers were legitimate and that my AMG subscription had expired -- with no button to click to resolve the problem. If there had just been a simple button that said UPGRADE, that would have solved the problem. But no.
I finally again threw in the towel and spent the $38 to buy your program all over again, even though all I really need is a simple AMG update. I paid the money. Now, when I attempt to download the program, I get this error message:
Excessive Lookups, Registration Page Locked, Please Try Again in 30 minutes
Have I mentioned that I hate your company? I can't be the only person who encounters this same problem.
Please do what you can to resolve this as soon as you can. I use your products because they're the best on the market, and I'm a big fan of dBPowerAmp and Ripper. But the way you handle the order process is mind-numbingly awful.
