Trojan detected in dMC-R14.3-Ref-Trial ??

After installing "dMC-R14.3-Ref-Trial" my security software (superantispyware.com) detects a "trojan horse" in the file "spoonuninstall.exe" located in "C:\Windows\SysWOW64".

Is that a known problem? Is it a "false positive" ?
