AMG License?????

The person who originally purchased and set up dbpoweramp for me had me buy a 1000 disc license to use AMG. How can I find out where I am in using up this license? How do I go about purchasing another license if I need this?

In Batch Ripper >> Metadata Menu and it will show how many lookups remain for AMG

I thank you and I have done this. I now show, "none". How do I buy more and then get the new licese into the batch ripper?

I realized that I had a problem two days ago as my batch ripper stopped finding any album covers and most of the discs ripped with errors. I suppose this happened because my AMG license ran out.

Finally, should I use AMG and GD3 for best results or what? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Is this information written/discussed anywhere?

If you can afford it both AMG and GD3 enabled together will give best results. To add new lookups click the Purchase link in Batch Ripper next to AMG.

I did as you stated. I bought a license for 1,000 CDs. My batch ripper does not show 1,000. This shows 467. How do I pay for 1,000 and receive 467?

You added the lookups to your account? see the email receipt for information on how to do this.

Something is wrong. In the first place, I followed the link and download. The no. of remaining discs in the commercial license did not change. How can I get this straightened out on my account. I have correctly ripped sixteen discs so I have a remainining 451 now, but the new 1000 does not show and before I paid for the new 1,00 discs, my meta showed none remaining.

Your help is much needed and greatly appreciated.

To Apply batch ripper lookups, you do not download anything, rather you visit a web page after purchasing to apply the lookups to your user name. This is the link:

I have done exactly what is stated on the 1000 commercial lookups license and also what you state above. Please note that nothing is happening with my account/number of lookups remaining. My account shows 447 now as I did use the batch ripper for four more CDs thst consumed 4 of my remaining AMG lookups.

How do I obtain assistance to get my account straightened out?????
