I have no more access to the old one, how can i enter my new one on my account ?

I would like to buy something for my converter and I'm blocked buy this problem

To update your registered email address, log into your registration (supplying a valid order number):

And change the email address.

The account on the dBpoweramp store can be left dormant, create a new account as required in future, only the email in registration retrieval is important.
