Link to dBpoweramp-Reset Exe is not working

For some unknown reason my previously working copy of dbpoweramp converter on my XP machine has crashed. To rectify the problem I have decided to UNinstall the entire program & then reinstall.
However, the link "http://www.dbpoweramp.com/bin/dBpoweramp-Reset.exe" is not working. Is there another link where I can download the "Reset exe"?
