Password

I just bought 5 copies of the Reference Package. after paying with paypal, I was redirected to a logon page. It wants a password. I have no password. I tried to create a new account, it says one already exists for <edited>. I use Forgot Password. It says it sends me an email and it does not send one. Where do I download the product, the license and how do I log it. Just an aside your site is very confusing if you just want to contact someone.

Before buying I wanted to ask about lyrics. Does perfectmeta retrieve them?

Please tell me what is going on?
