Hi, I have been off site for a few months. Looks like my user name got deleted. I re-registered with the same name. My original question is, with the same user name can I now upgrade my power pack since I have already paid the initial cost?

The forum has changed, all old user names had to be retired. For updating your power pack:

You can update your registered power pack to the latest version by installing the latest unregistered version from www.dbpoweramp.com over your registered version (do not uninstall the registered version first).

If at a later time your registered status of the power pack is lost, send an email to dbpoweramp@dbpoweramp.com, include the name it was purchased under and I will issue another download link.
