Help getting 750x750 album art back

I've been ripping in dBpoweramp for awhile and when I used to insert discs they would automatically come up with metadata and usually with a 750x750 album art. Now, however, when I insert discs, the metadata comes up fine but the album art won't load into the bottom right hand corner, or it will load in 250x246. I can still click Choose Art, and it will often come up, but it takes me much longer to do this with every individual disc.

I changed nothing in settings and maximum pixels is still 750x750, with max file size still being 250 kb. Any suggestions?

If you click review metadata do you get the GD3 column? Which version of dBpoweramp do you have?

The GD3 column comes up sometimes, but sometimes not. Usually it will show if the cd is more popular.

      I use release 7? I believe

Find your dbpoweramp version by running dbpoweramp configuration.

          We are currently at r14.2

          Does the amg column populate?

which security software do you have? GD3 connects differently to the others (HTTPS).

I disabled my security software and so far there's no change. Restarted the computer afterward as well.
