How do I rip to FLAC and MP3 at the same time - and store in different places?

Just bought the software and thought multiple encoding was possible but can't find it. Is that only with the music converter and not with the ripper? Ideally, I would like to rip into two different places, one with only FLAC files (for later transfer to another device hooked up to my received) and a set of MP3 on the computer where they can easily be transferred to phone, etc.

Set the encoder in cd ripper to multi encoder

I had this set up on my old pc but since installing on a new one I cant find out where this option is.

Set the encoder to [Multi Encoder], it was R14 where multi encoder was included as standard.
