Made mistake by downloading product for my MacBook Pro. How do I get a refund ?

I was referred to this site / product from Computer Audiophile and failed to read that the CD ripping strategy laid out there, which included the recommendation to purchase the dBpoweramp download, was based on using a Windows based PC. I screwed up. So this file is useless to me. Can I get a refund ? Please ?
