I also noticed that if I have multipule albums from same artist, it copies all the songs in the same folder which is fine, but the album cover is getting over written every time with the newest one any suggestion?

You must not have your dynamic naming setup correctly. What you really want is for the the ripper to put things in something like the following structure:

x:/music/artist/album/tracks

This way, under the artist directory, you'll have separate subdirectories for each ALBUM of that artist.
