    Cannot convert .ra files

    Good day

I downloaded the latest codec to convert .ra files but it does not work on multiple computers. The files play with real player but the converter comes up with the following error:

Error: Unable to load decoder for file type '.ra', codec not installed? visit 'Codec Central'. [dBCoreConverter::dBCoreConverter]

I went to the codec central and downloaded the codec and installed it. I checked the configurations of db Poweramp and it looks like it is installed. Any ideas why it does not work?

    Thanks

What are the differences between the computers? Os, security software?

They are the same os (XP Pro) same boxes same user rights. I can convert other formats but no .ra files. I logged in as administrator on both boxes and it still does not work.

Is there anyone that you know that might be able to help me? It sounds like your codec is corrupt and the program cannot run it.

          Thanks

More like there is a sub dependency on the real audio side which is not on the 2nd pc
