it seems it was created way back in september 2002.

is the sourceforge project page of any help to you?

well,uhm...kinda hard to understand. i'm not at all into prgramming. But i tink i understand that it's almost possible

This is what it said in the news section:

We started coding support for directories. Hopefully this will come to a usefull state in the next weeks. Stay tuned!

Finally, our latest and greatest release is out. You can get it here: Version 0.6.0

          The major updates are:

You need mpio to add that feature, no one else can add it to the firmware.

Well i hope it's possible, and they'll do it. Because all those loose files on the card is annoying....

I downloaded the new mpio manager 2, and you can see option to add folders to the smc, but it's not highlighted, is this because the newer mpio's suppurt it ( because the fm option is also not highlighted ) or is it because they gonna add support for it later on with a firmware update.

Don't now if you know this ( except if you got a newer mpio )

maybe you should try FPIO ??

                  seems rather uptodate ....

although as spoon mentioned, firmware cant change everything, if folders weren't supported in the first place in the firmware, some heavy duty coding would be needed, the kind of coding only mpio designers would know about
