No tags when encoding to ogg

    Hi,

I've been looking for a new ripping program and thought I found the perfect one. But there is just a thing that is not working:

I usually encode my music to ogg-files. The ripping process is absolutely perfect - fast and accurate. But there are no tags! Neither in foobar nor when I look at the files by "Edit song information" from the explorer.

It works just fine when encoding to Flac or MP3. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

Not sure if this is related, but when I installed the Ogg Vorbis codec to check this out, I don't see any tags in the info tips or in the 'edit ID-Tag' dialog, after converting a tagged MP3 to OGG. And when I add tags using foobar2000, I still don't see any tags. When I tried using the 'Edit ID-Tag' properties panel, I was rewared with an 'Unable to write ID Tags for x' error.

You need to also install the Ogg decoder (as well as encoder if using autov).

Thank you! Installing the standard ogg decoder/encoder did it.

Now everything is perfect, it's a really good software
